In May of 2009, Jane Carrier and Skip Symanski opened Elixir Restaurant in downtown White River Junction, VT. Following a very successful run they decided to retire in April 2022.
Determined to keep Elixir alive, Chef Chris Brewer, picked up the reigns and Elixir continues to thrive.

What a great spot in White River Junction! Delicious food and lovely ambiance. This is clearly the place to be on a Friday night but they had seating at the bar and we were able to sit even without a reservation.

Stopped here on a recommendation. This place is amazing! The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting. The staff was both friendly and attentive, they pay attention to the details which make the dining experience all the better. Finally THE FOOD....wow! You can't go wrong at this place and I highly recommend it if you are in the area.
